प्रत्येक पदासाठी संबंधित विषयातील पदव्युत्तर पदवी (MD/DGO/DA/DNB इ.) असणे आवश्यक आहे. तसेच, प्रत्येक पदासाठी खालील गोष्टी अनिवार्य आहेत:
- अनुभव: शासकीय/निमशासकीय/खाजगी रुग्णालयातील संबंधित विषयातील किमान ३ वर्षांचा अनुभव.
